Returns Policy within the UK

We do understand that purchasing art online can be a difficult commitment.  We aim to provide Artistmade Interiors customers with peace of mind when placing an order by offering a14 day money back guarantee.  

For a return order to be accepted the following applies:

1. Any return request has to be made in writing within14 days of receiving your painting (Email: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund after the14 days of you receiving the painting, unless we have received that written confirmation from you within the money back guarantee period.

2. The item being returned needs to be sent to us in the same condition as it arrived and packaged in an appropriate and secure manner.  We strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging that the painting arrived in and ensure that you are careful when first opening the packaging to observe how it was packaged on arrival. You will be sent a returns label to be attached to the outer packaging. Please ensure it is attached firmly to avoid lost items.

3. Our packaging agent employ staff that are trained to package artwork and it is in their interests to ensure that items are delivered safely. If you are returning the painting because it arrived damaged, please let us know that when you first notify us of returning the item. Please take time to photograph the damage to the painting and the packaging. This will help us to understand what has happened and is important for us to complete the returns process with the courier.


4. Once we have received your request to return a painting (within the14 days of receiving your order), we will  contact you to discuss all the return and refund arrangements. 

Delivery and Returns Policy for countries outside the UK
Please contact us directly to discuss delivery options as each will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We will do our very best to find a timely solution to delivering your artwork.  There may be some customer delivery charges which will be discussed where appropriate and prior to delivery.
Exempt Items for trade and retail customers
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for paintings that are made to order, unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake. However, we will work closely with you during the creative process to show you the work and discuss it in order to best meet your requirements. Every piece is individual and we hope that by making a purchase, you appreciate the creative input by the artist and the prominent feature that it has towards the end result of each painting.
